FAR Guard™
MAS Pilot's compliance engine. FAR Guard is designed to watch the regulatory and registration signals that affect your MAS operating posture, and to turn them into items for your review.
Not launched yet, and not a standalone product. FAR Guard is not sold separately; the plan is to include it with every account when access opens. It is designed to provide the shared compliance foundation for TDR Guard and the modules in development.
TDR Guard and FAR Guard have not launched yet. Requesting access does not activate either module. Access is reviewed before activation.
Four signals, read against your contract
As designed, FAR Guard monitors relevant public regulatory and registration sources for changes that may warrant review. You remain responsible for confirming applicability, effective dates, and agency notices. TDR Guard routes clause, modification, and TAA questions here, so a finding in your monthly file and a change in the regulation behind it land in the same place.
Which FAR and GSAR clauses apply to each of your contracts, and their current state on the record, so a clause question starts from your contract rather than from a search.
When a regulation your contract depends on changes in the public eCFR, the change is raised for your review with the reference behind it.
Your SAM.gov registration status and renewal date, watched so an expiring registration is raised before it becomes a problem.
Contract compliance dates, kept in view alongside your reporting deadlines.
Items for your review, not conclusions
As designed, each item says what changed or what is due, where it comes from, and what to look at. Where a rule comes from published guidance, the citation travels with it, so the answer is auditable instead of asserted.
- → Contract-specific visibility into which clauses apply and their current state
- → Regulatory changes identified for your review, with the public reference
- → Registration-status signals for your SAM.gov record
- → Upcoming-deadline visibility for contract compliance dates and reporting periods
Your responsibility. You confirm applicability, effective dates, and agency notices. FAR Guard organizes the signals; the determinations stay yours and GSA's.
What FAR Guard does not do
Worth stating plainly, because a compliance tool that is vague about its limits is the expensive kind.
- → It does not file anything. SAM.gov, eMod, and the Sales Reporting Portal stay your systems of record.
- → It does not determine compliance. GSA makes every acceptance and compliance determination.
- → It is not legal advice and does not render legal determinations on your contract.
- → It does not draft modifications. Modification workflows belong to MOD Guard, which is in development.
- → It does not perform pricing analysis.

No. It is designed to surface clause-state and regulatory-change information that may warrant review. You remain responsible for confirming applicability and effective dates, and GSA makes every compliance determination.
